2012/01/21 (Sat) Slept from 3:00-4:48 + 6:30-9:38 (2 + 3.5 hrs). Around 2:49, A shock to my head. At 4:48, A big fit of my right leg which shook my whole body. At 4:51, A fit of my left fingers, which were placed under my face. At 4:57, noises in my head were loud and wavy, which became suddenly quiet at 5:01.
Worked at Yotsuya from 13:30-19:10. Left the school around 19:30, came back to my station around 20:45, stayed at the fast food restaurant till around 21:30. Came home a little before 22:00. Now typing this around 0:42. Trying to go to bed as soon as possible though I might read…
