1.    English is the common language in today’s world and to be able to speak English fluently is a great advantage to live in this world.

2.    By starting to learn English before they turn five, children can acquire good pronunciation, which is difficult to learn later in life.

1.      Learning two languages at the same time at an early age will result in learning neither well.

2.      Young children are still learning their mother tongue and English can confuse them.

3.      Developing children’s mother tongue is should be prioritized because it develops their mind.

4.      Children with a good command of their mother tongue can learn all subjects including English well.

5.      Such classes will violate the equal opportunity in education, for children from poor families cannot go to preschool.

6.      As having English skills raises chances to get a good job, the policy will widen the gap between the rich and the poor.
