2011/12/14 (Wed) Slept from 2:00-4:30 + 5:30-8:00 + 9:00-10:30 (2.5 + 2.5 + 1.5 hrs). Noises of somebody/something moving and bumping into the wall and a male vice probably on the phone from the next room around 0:00. Noises in my head loud and wavy when I woke/was woken up around 4:30. When I was about to fall asleep again around 5:00, a shock caused a big fit of my upper body and woke me up. Again around 8:00. A fit of my upper body woke me up. When I was about to sleep around 9:00, the noises in my head were loud.
I went to Chofu Branch of my school for an evening private lesson.
