2012/03/16 (Fri) Went to bed at 23:45 on the 15th. Slept from 0:00-0:26-1:00-4:30-5:30 (0.5 + 0.5 + 3.5 +1hrs).
23:48 4 or 5 e-shocks to brain
23:50 1 e-shock to brain (strong)
23:52 1 fit to right leg
23:53 1 e-shock to brain (rather strong9
23:54 1 e-shock to brain (strong)
23:55 1 e-shock to brain (a beam-like sensation between ears)
23:56 1 e-shock to & fit of the right shoulder
23:59 1 e-shock to & fit of the lower body
0:26 1 fit of left leg (strong)
1:07 noises in my head were loud
(4:30 -5:30 woke up with the earthquake)
5:40 1 e-shock to brain
5:48 1 e-shock to & fir of both thumbs placed on a small heater which I had put on my stomach
(5:50-7:00 Worked. Right after I started to try to sleep, the attacks came.)
7:15 1 fit of back or left shoulder which twitched
Prepared for classes and took a nap (around 30 minutes) at the fast food restaurant for a few hours till around 18:00, bought food, and got home a little before 18:30. Cooked and made some class supplements.
