2012/02/19 (Sun) Went to bed around 0:30 Slept from 1:00-1:30-3:30-4:00-6:00-7:30-10:00 (0.5 + 2 + 0.5 + 2 + 1.5 + 2.5 hrs). + nap from 14:00-17:00 (3 hrs)
Between 0:30 and 1:00, several electric shocks every time I start falling asleep.
At 1:28, an electric shock to head
At 4:02, the game/car-like noise became louder
At 5:50, a fit of my feet
At 7:30, a fit of my right leg
Did not feel like I had slept. Had a headache. Did house work, felt tired and took a nap, the headache gone. After waking up around 17:00, I sat folding my upper body, face down, and an electric shock came to my head around 17:25.
Left home around 18:00, stayed at the fast food restaurant, preparing for the classes I’m having as a substitute at Funabashi on Tuesday the 21st, till around 21:20, bought food, and came home a little before 22:00.
