2012/02/18 (Sat) Went to bed around 0:30 Slept from 3:00-6:15 + 6:30 -9:00 (3 + 2.5 hrs).
Game/car-like noise, funny feelings in my teeth, and electric shocks kept me awake till around 3:00.
At 2:44, an e-shock to my head and a stroking sensation on my back accompanied by the noise Goh
Between 2:44 vand 3:00, e-shocks several times
At 3:00, an e-shock and a big fit of my stomach and my whole body
At 3:05, an e-shock and a fit to my left leg + voice ( I do not remember what this “voice” was. I’m just copying my notes.)
At 6:15, an e-shock to my head
Went to Yotsuya for classes from 13:30 to 18:55. Finished class around 19:15. Left school around 19:30. Came back to my station around 20:30, bought medicine and food, and stayed at the fast food restaurant till 22:00. I was absorbed in my work so much that I did not notice it was already closing time…Came home around 20:20.
