2012/02/03 (Fri) Went to bed at 0:05. Slept from 0:30-6:00 + 8:00-10:30 +10:50-11:20 (5.5 + 2.5 + 0.5 hrs). Around 6:00, game/car-like noise. At 6:20-30 electric shocks every 10 seconds and a fit of my arm accompanied by a noise Goh from the next room. Noises in my head were loud. At 6:40, an electric shock and a noise Goh from below. At 1:54, electrich shock + Goh. At 7:58, a fit of my upper body + Goh from below. At 8:01, a big fit of my right leg + Goh from below. At 11:19, a fit to my right ankle + an electric shock.
A headache and dizziness when woke up, which disappeared in a few hours.
Had a class at Chofu. Finished class around 20:30. Stayed at the school looking for some homework materials for about 30 minutes. Left school around 21:00. Came back to my station around 22:15. Dropped by a convenience store, got an onigiri, and came home around 22:30. Trying to go to bed before 0:00.
I noticed it has become my habit to say that I’m sleepy aloud or yawn anywhere. Sometimes it softens the atmosphere, but maybe it has the opposite effect very often. I should be careful not to do that…
