4:10 the noises in my head loud and wavy suddenly
5:19 1 e-shock to brain + fit of both arms, which were placed under my body
5:20 1 e-shock to brain
5:36 1 e-shock to brain + fit of left arm
Had a lesson (15:00-16:20; started and finished 15minutes earlier) at Chofu, came back to my station around 17:30, bought food, and got home around 17:40.
