Supersonic/Electronic Weapon 不特定多数による長期にわたる原因不明の嫌がらせ（４）今もやられていることー補足

私に嫌がらせをする人としない人の数の比率が逆転してきている。（定時にいつも行っている場所かどうかによるが）半年から1年前は9対1だったのが今は1対9になっている。
I have been writing people do not bother/harass me so much as before over the past ten days or so. It is true, I felt that again all day while I was out today. The ratio of those who harass me and those who do not is now reversed, like from 9 to 1 to 1 to 9. The first time I made sure of it was on Thursday two weeks ago, when I was riding a train back home from Funabashi. I was standing in the rear of the last car and all the other people were either sleeping or looking down except for one middle aged man in a suit who kept staring at me sitting close to the other end of the car. Before, probably till several months ago or a year ago, depending on whether I am at a place where I go on a regular basis at the same hours or not, the ratio was opposite, all people looking at me except for one or two.　 (2011/11/21)
