2012/05/23 (Wed) Went to bed at 1:18. Slept fm 1:30-5:30 (4 hrs).

1:22 e-shock to brain (strong) + fit of the whole upper body

1:24 esb (stronge)

 :25 esb + noise + all breath came out in sync with the noise and the shock

 :29 esb + noise + all breath came out in sync with the noise and the shock

 :35 est + fit of the left hand, which was placed on under the futon

around 5:25 game/car-like noise

5:28 fit(weak) of the left arm

5:32 fit (stronger)of the left arm, which was placed under head

5:57 eab + fit ot he left sholder

6:01 fit of the right arm, which was placed under head + the noise Goh

6:20 fit of the left hand, which was placed under head

6:26 fit of the left foot

9:24 esb when falling asleep again, sitting ont the floor during house work

Took a walk, went to the fast food restaurant in the station building to supplement sleep and work, stayed there from around 11:00-19:00, bought food, and got home a little before 19:30
