0:30-0:38 several e-shock to brain
0:39 esb (srong) + fit of the left thigh which was in futon (I was intentionally sticking my ankles out of futon because ankles were often the first to get the fit)
0:41 esb + fit of head
5:23 the noises in my head became loud and wavy suddenly
awake
6:54 esb + fit of left legs when I was about to be asleep again
7:00 esb (rather strong) again when I was about to fall asleep
7:30 got up
