1:00-7:30 (6.5 hrs).
1:03 e-^shock to brain
7:20 the noises in my head became loud and
a little wavy.
Left home early to go to Yotsuya branch to
leave supplementary material for students.
Got to Shibuya station around 15:45, stayed
at a McDonald’s till a little before 18:00, and went to the Shibuya branch. Had
a lesson (19:00-20:40), left school a little past 21:00, and got to my station
a little past 22:00. Got food and got home a little before 22:30.
