around 4:00 the noises in my head became loud and wavy

took cold medicine and stayed awake till around 5:50

5:51 esb (strong) just when I was falling asleep.

 :58 esb (weak)

 :59 fit of the lower stomach (strong)

6:00 esb (very strong) + the noise Goh from below (Room 201)

 :05 esb (strong)

 :06 esb (strong) + start feeling nauseous

 :11 esb (sharp)

Gave up trying to sleep again.
