Phobic Disorders
Phobia is an unreasonable fear towards a certain thing. When the a      ty of a phobia is strong enough to i          e considerably with the patient’s daily life, it is called a phobic d           r. An i           al fear of a specific object, animal or situation is called a simple phobia. Feeling i        e and fearing e         sing oneself in social situations is the symptoms of s         ial phobia. Signs of this type of phobia are hand t         rs, b       ing, or a q        ring voice. Most of these fears are u           ic and socially phobic people actually act n         ly in social situations. The most c       n phobic disorder and the most d       ling is agoraphobia, which stands for “fear of the market place” in Greek. It makes people afraid of entering u        iar places. A h        y of panic attacks usually accompanies this phobia. A           s fear becoming i           ed by an a    k where no help is available. They fear both crowded e    sed places and open s   es.
