Sample Paragraph Development
1.    People who go to foreign schools want to get a better education. Most of the top 50 universities in the world are in the UK, the USA or other English-speaking countries. Many schools in those areas implement advanced teaching methods and the students perform well on academic achievement tests. It is natural that parents try to send their children to one of the good schools in the world if conditions allow them to.

2.    Students who go overseas want to acquire a good command of English. Being able to speak foreign language, especially English, is a great advantage in life. Language proficiency is a qualification that can be written on their applications to universities and businesses. More importantly, sharing information, thoughts, and feelings with English speaking people will be possible by mastering English. Although learning a foreign language without going abroad is possible, studying in the country where the language is spoken is the fastest and surest way to do it.

3.    Students who study abroad want to widen their views. It is said that one should have a variety of experience to broaden one’s perspective while young. There are many good experiences that one can have for the purpose in one’s home countries such as working or volunteering, but living in a foreign country offers experiences that differ in quality. It smoothly introduces students into life among foreign people and make them familiar with their customs and ideas. They know this experience will be an asset as well as a good memory in their lives.
