healthy because mental health is part of physical health. For example, a nice
person can enjoy good relationships, which makes the person’s life happier and
healthier. It seems that, for some reason, people who easily become upset or

for the health. In fact, statistics show that people who have good
relationships live longer than those who do not. Also, we often hear that
laughing strengthens our immune system. It is true that we cannot eliminate
cancer cells by laughing, but we can avoid some minor physical problems that could
develop cancer cells by staying mentally fit. Although the saying goes “A sound
mind in a sound body,” it can be said that it is at least partly vice versa.
